REGGIO EMILIA

The sisters of Reggio Emilia communicate that dear Sister Argentina Bandini left us on September 9 to enter the House of the Father.
She spent the last nine months in suffering, accepted and offered with edifying generosity, fully conscious until the last two hours of her life. A week ago she asked to phone her Sisters. With a thread of voice she said: “If you want to see me alive, come now! To their reply: “It is late. This evening we cannot…” Sr. Argentina added: “Then I greet you all and I will see you in Paradise”.

The next day the three sisters arrived who she recognized and greeted with a sweet smile.
In communicating the sad news, we thank the Lord for having had her so many years with us and we ask all of them to pray that she may soon enjoy eternal bliss and intercede on our behalf.
