Today marks the start of the process of the 31st Congregational Chapter: let us support it together in prayer

We pray:

Shepherd God, awaken us to your presence here and now. Awaken us to our breath and heartbeat.

Awaken us to our interconnectedness with each other and all of creation. Come stir in us your grace at work in each of our hearts.

Come stir in us your wisdom within and among us. Come stir in us your gifts of courage and vulnerability.

Heart of our heart, May we listen, may we see, may we think with our hearts.

Lead us forward on our Chapter journey of radical transformation and a universal culture of justice.

May we respond with great hearts to our emerging future, united in the footsteps of St. John Eudes and St. Mary Euphrasia. Amen.
